Learning Objectives:

The goal of the course is to provide the fundamental concepts in semiconductor materials and devices for electronic, photonic, energy, and sensing applications.
The objectives are to learn (1) the fundamentals of semiconductor materials and (2) semiconductor operating principles for different applications.
